Challentech is devoted in the field of solar cell for a long time. We had the successful experiences in PV Forum & Exhibition in Taiwan from 2008 ~2012, and will join PV Taiwan 2013 from October 30th to November 1st this year for sure.
Challentech will demonstrate advanced technology; SE-800PV spectroscopic Ellipsometer form SENTECH which could measure multi AR-layers in Si textured substrate in PV industry, and new product is announced this year called SE-850Z PV, with spectral range of 300 nm up to 1,600 nm for textured solar cell. Besides, we have Freiberg Instrument for Si ingot and cell lifetime measurement; Beneq ALD (atomic layer deposition) for solar cell passivation deposition and TFEL&TASEL Display from Lumineq, Nata MO source and VOS for high-resolution control and monitoring.
